What exactly is an AI customer?
A persona with a budget, patience level, device, and goal that becomes a live browser agent on your real site. It browses, gets confused, gives up or checks out — then tells you how the journey felt, in its own words. One AI customer = one completed customer journey.
What happens when I run out?
Nothing scary. Launching a new run simply asks you to top up or upgrade — we never silently bill you or start a metered overage.
Do unused customers roll over?
Plan customers carry over one month, capped at 2× your monthly allotment. Top-up customers sit in a separate bucket and never expire.
Is anything else ever charged?
No. Site analysis and persona generation are free on every tier, including Free. Your customers are the only thing that ever costs anything, and only when they deliver their verdict.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — one click in the billing portal, no email required. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
